We briefly outline all the information you need for your purchase.

Do shipping costs apply?
Free shipping with payment at checkout directly online.

Supplement of €10 for those who select payment by Cash on Delivery (cash to the courier).

In which countries do you ship?
We operate worldwide, so we ship wherever an order is placed.
The shipping has a cost if an order is placed outside of Italy, the rates will be automatically available at the time of checkout.

How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24 working hours from confirmation.
The required shipping time varies from 24 to 48 working hours, as we manage products in stock that allow us very fast shipping.

Is it possible to track my package? 
Yes, it will be possible when we provide you with a valid tracking number for each purchased product. 
The provided code can be found directly in your account 24 hours after the confirmed order date. 
In any case, as soon as the tracking number is available, PncldCouture will send you a confirmation email informing you that the tracking number has been registered in your account.

What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery? 

If no one is home to accept the delivery of your order, you will be contacted via email or phone, the package will be held in storage, and a second delivery will be made.
If the package is held in storage, a payment of € 3.00 is required to be paid in cash to the courier.

PncldCouture The company is not responsible if the package is returned to the warehouse due to the customer's failure to collect it.

PncldCouture Remember that the tracking code is very important not only to follow and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to verify in case the package is put on hold.

What happens if I do not enter the house number in the address?

If you forgot to include the house number in your address, the courier will attempt to deliver it for several days without success, after which it will be deposited for a few days at the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you provided. Following further delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further communication.

What happens if I enter a name different from the one on the intercom or mailbox?

If you have entered a name different from the one on your mailbox or intercom, the courier will attempt to deliver it for several days without success, after which it will be deposited for a few days at the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you provided. Following further delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further communication. 
For example: My name is Mario De Rossi and I place an order by writing "Mario Rossi" in the shipping details, the courier not finding the surname "Rossi" on the intercom will return without success, because they cannot leave delivery notices at a mailbox with a different name or ring a doorbell without authorization. Consequently, the delivery will be repeated in the following days and the same situation will occur again.

PncldCouture Remember to our dear customers that if the name entered in the shipping details does not match the one indicated on the mailbox or intercom, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery. If I do not receive the package within the expected time, what should I do?
If 7 working days have passed and you have not yet received your purchase, please send us an email at info@pncldcouture.com and make sure to specify your first/last name & order number. In the subject of the email specify "Order Not Received" and we will do our best to assist you. In the rare cases where packages are lost A second order will be sent at our expense, and if there are any issues with the second order (which is very rare), an immediate refund is provided.
