Is there a cost for shipping?
Free shipping with payment at checkout directly online.
A surcharge of €15 applies for those who select Cash on Delivery (cash to the courier).
Which countries do you ship to?
We operate worldwide, so we ship anywhere an order is placed.
Shipping has a cost if the order is placed outside Italy; rates will be automatically available at checkout.
How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24 working hours from confirmation.
The shipping time varies from 24 to 48 working hours within Italy , while for international shipments the required time varies from 4 to 8 working days as we handle ready-to-ship products that allow very fast shipping.
Is it possible to track my package?
Yes, it will be possible once we provide you with a valid tracking number for each purchased product.
You can find the provided code directly in your account 24 hours after the order confirmation date.
In any case, as soon as the tracking number is available, PncldCouture will send you a confirmation email informing you that the tracking number has been registered in your account.
What happens if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If no one is home to accept your order delivery, you will be contacted by email or phone, the package will be held at the depot, and a second delivery attempt will be made.
If the package goes into storage, a payment of €3.00 in cash to the courier is required.
PncldCouture is not responsible if the package is returned to the warehouse due to non-collection by the customer.

What happens if I don’t include the street number in the address?
If you forgot to include the street number in your address, the courier will try for several days to deliver it without success, then it will be held for a few days at the logistics and shipping center closest to the address you provided. After further delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further notice.

What happens if I enter a name different from the one on the doorbell or mailbox?
If you entered a name different from the one on your mailbox or doorbell, the courier will try for several days to deliver it without success, then it will be held for a few days at the logistics and shipping center closest to the address you provided. After further delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further notice.
Example: My name is Mario De Rossi and I place an order entering “Mario Rossi” in the shipping details; the courier, not finding the surname “Rossi” on the doorbell, will return without success because they cannot leave storage notices at a mailbox with a different name or ring a door without authorization. Consequently, the delivery will be repeated in the following days and the same situation will occur.

What should I do if I don’t receive the package within the expected time?
If 7 working days have passed and you still have not received your purchase, please send us an email at info@pncldcouture.com and be sure to specify your name/surname & order number. In the subject line, specify “Order Not Received” and we will do our best to help you. In the rare cases where packages are lost a second order will be sent at our expense; if there are problems with the second order (which is very rare), an immediate refund will be issued.
