Exchanges And Returns

PncldCouture accepts returns (only for non-compliant/defective goods) or size exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be returned at the buyer's expense to the address from which the goods originated, unless otherwise indicated in writing by PncldCouture and except that the item is non-compliant/defective.

In the event that the item is not compliant or defective, the costs will be borne by PncldCouture. PncldCouture We issue refunds for the full amount corresponding to the purchase only and exclusively in case of clear evidence that the received goods are not compliant or defective. PncldCouture will ask the customer to send photos of the received item via email, highlighting its defect/non-compliance. 
“I do not like it.”, “I don't like it”, “has a bad smell”, “color slightly different from the photo" etc. are not considered sufficient evidence for the refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations.

PncldCouture He will evaluate each case individually and will decide from time to time whether to allow the customer to return the item, at their own expense, to the address from which the goods originated unless otherwise agreed in writing by PncldCouture, and consent to the issuance of a credit of equal amount to the purchase, offering the possibility to make an exchange.

For both returns and size exchanges, the item must be returned in perfect condition, which includes the original packaging/case and label, and must not be washed, worn, have any odors/fragrances, or be damaged in any way. Items must be properly packaged in the same packaging received or alternatively in similar and compliant packaging for transport. If any of the above points are not respected PncldCouture The right to refuse any return/size exchange request is reserved.

How do I return an item?
1 – Contact our customer service ettorepancaldi@hotmail.it or info@pncldcouture.com for your return 
2 – Our customer service will contact you to resolve the issue as soon as possible 
3- You will be provided with a return address 
4- You will be contacted again by our customer service as soon as the package is received to find the best solution together 
5- Normally it takes 4 to 5 days to receive your return at the original warehouse of the goods.
