Exchanges And Returns

You can make a return within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. For customs reasons, it will not be possible to return goods from a country different from the one where we delivered the goods to you. The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of a
possible gift. The substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal: items that are used, dirty, damaged due to ordinary use, without tags and packaging materials will therefore not be refunded.

"I don't like it", "I don't like it", "it has a bad smell", "color slightly different from the photo", etc. are not considered sufficient evidence for a refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations.

The items must be returned at the buyer's expense to the address of origin of the goods, PncldCouture will evaluate each case individually and will decide from time to time whether to allow the customer to return the item, at their own expense to the address of origin of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by PncldCouture, and consent to the issuance of a credit equal to the purchase amount offering the possibility of an exchange.

Both for returns and size exchanges, the item must be returned in perfect condition, which includes original packaging/case and label, must not be washed, worn, have no odors/perfumes or be damaged in any way. Items must be properly packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with similar and compliant packaging for transport. If any of the above points are not respected, PncldCouture reserves the right to refuse the return/size exchange request.

How do I return an item? 1 – Contact our customer service at ettorepancaldi@hotmail.it or info@pncldcouture.com for your return 2 – Our customer service will contact you to resolve the issue as soon as possible 3- You will be provided with a return address 4- You will be contacted again by our customer service as soon as the package is received to find the best solution together 5- It usually takes 4 to 5 days to receive your return at the warehouse of origin of the goods.
